Lago Santa Fe, south of Houston, is a private-gated ski lake community with one-acre lots. Completed in 1998, Lago Santa Fe is now almost completely built out. Common sightings include bicycles, golf carts, and of course, families skiing on the four private ski lakes. With over 100 residents and an active HOA, Lago has hosted many prestigious tournaments, including the Goode US National Water Ski Championships, US Open, Regionals and Junior Development water ski tournaments. The World Record for Men's Jump, and many US National records, have been set at Lago.
