Rosharon, Texas (metro Houston - South side)
|
| Ski
Texas in Rosharon, Texas was the first private ski lake
subdivision in Texas, constructed in 1983. The partners of
LSF Development gained much of their experience from this
successful project. Their experience was acquired not as
developers, but instead, from the customer's viewpoint.
They were involved with the project from its initial
inception, as pre-development lot purchasers, then later
as builders of homes, residents of the community, and
officers of the Property Owners Association -- over a span
of two decades. |
